Michigan Equine Partnership to Hold Annual Meeting
and Legislative Reception

LANSING – All equine industry enthusiasts are invited to attend the Michigan Equine Partnership annual meeting and legislative reception April 15, 2008 at the Radisson Hotel in Downtown Lansing.
The reception’s goal is to continue building the equine industry’s relationships with members of the Michigan legislature.
Through MEP’s legislative activities and events, members have had the opportunity to meet and discuss equine industry issues and initiatives with Michigan legislators. The legislative reception hosted by MEP will allow MEP members and non-members to bring attention matters affecting their aspect of the equine industry. The reception will be held immediately following the annual meeting.
At the annual meeting, MEP members will elect leadership for the 2008 MEP Board of Directors. Board positions are available for serious, dedicated individuals in the equine industry.
If you are interested in a position, please contact President Aaron Rice at (269)317-9745 or the MEP office at (517)372-1500.
Please set aside a few hours to attend these very important functions.
